Comments: Mauro Garcia and team came out during a heavy rain on April 25th, 2015 at 12:00 PM and replaced 2 fence posts and repaired 2 cedar fence panels in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They completed the work in on a Saturday between 2 major fence installs while their competitors couldn't come out until 10 days later just to provide an estimate. The customer service was excellent as was the quality and speed of the repair. their price was less than the minimum estimated by competitors. I would definitely recommend Mauro and his team.

Comments: I hired Express Fence for labor only - I had the materials. Few fence companies are willing to work this way as they want to make money on the materials as well. Mauro can be a little hard to get hold of as he works from a cell phone and can't always pick up calls, but he is pretty good about calling. Not perfect, but pretty good. His crew did the work as discussed, and the finished product is as good as could be without having done it myself. And even then it wouldn't have been done very much different. I'm well satisfied with the work done for the amount spent.

Comments: Unfortunately my neighbor backs into my fence and breaks it. For some reason he thinks his family owns the 6-feet x 25-feet of the property the fence is on. Rate Express Fence was quite professional when the neighbor called the police for constructing an illegal fence. The police and code enforcement came out to check on the project. Code enforcement informed the neighbor that I had legal documentation that I owned the land. The police had a talk with the neighbor, I presume about backing into my fence, and being belligerent in general. Rate Express Fence handled the situation as well as can be expected.
